Well, let’s just say I’m a very nervous person when I go to a dentist office “unless” it’s a cleaning by Leah in Dr. Anderson’s office in Placerville, Ca. With saying that I actually had to go there for a cap to be put on by Dr. Anderson. I was all worked up, again! Let me just say he is very thoughtful of your fears. I have very sensitive teeth to cold water etc so I asked him to numb my area where he would be putting cap in. He did numb me and proceeded to put cap in. I have other caps in my mouth so I thought I knew”. He has great equipment so within 10 minutes I was out. Probably didn’t need to be numbed. He didn’t need to grind down the tooth anymore because everything fit PERFECTLY! That’s how great his equipment is to measure perfectly. He and his assistant are the nicest people and obviously their patients are number one! I love this place. Oh, and to add to that the office staff are amazing, too! Very accommodating! Love this place!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Andersen for years. I like that the front office personnel are always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I never have to wait in the reception area. The oral hygienists are skilled and always give me the information I need. Dr. Andersen never hurts me, which I appreciate. I just had a crown come loose from eating something really sticky. I called the dentist office and the receptionist got me in quickly. Much appreciated. Dr. Andersen made sure I didn’t have any further problems with the remaining tooth and quickly cemented my cap back on.

Had a tooth suddenly develop a tiny chip. Scheduled an appointment for the next day in the morning. 5 minutes in the waiting room. 30 minutes in the chair, and all was xrayed and fixed. As usual, Dr Anderson and the staff were pleasant throughout. Very good experience.

They also have outstanding modern reminders for appointments, via texts, phone messages, and, heaven forbid,, will call you if you are late on the way which embarrassingly I have been. Additionally, the facility is very comfortable and almost suitable for meditation. All of my dental work and cleanings have been as comfortable and pain free as you could hope and the best of any dentist office I have ever had. I left an office where this was not true for doctor Anderson’s office and couldn’t imagine a better run office top to bottom. I’ve been there now around 12 plus years.

Outstanding, professional staff that is very communicative from reception, hygienists, and of course doctor Anderson. They also have outstanding modern reminders for appointments, via texts, phone messages, and, heaven forbid,, will call you if you are late on the way which embarrassingly I have been. Additionally, the facility is very comfortable and almost suitable for meditation. All of my dental work and cleanings have been as comfortable and pain free as you could hope and the best of any dentist office I have ever had. I left an office where this was not true for doctor Anderson’s office and couldn’t imagine a better run office top to bottom. I’ve been there now around 12 plus years.
